The Practice of Yoga was originally handed down directly from the Teacher to the Student. Following the guidelines of this powerful technology and science - Melanie can offer guidance on how to Live your Yoga, deepen your Practice, address psychological and physical issues, Nutritional Counseling, how to cope with trauma, all through the tools and science of Yoga and Meditation. She can teach you and offer you solutions, providing support and guidance in your process and transformation. All information is kept confidential and respect and trust is held in highest regard during these sessions by all participants. All sessions are held in the healing sanctuary of our Studio/Classroom.
