Our classes will be held on weekends as "weekend intensives"

Friday 6pm to 9pm

Saturday 7am to 5pm

Sunday 7am to 1pm

All of your training will be held in the beautiful "Sage Hills Retreat Center" at the OM ranch. Your teaching and learning experience will be enhanced by this powerful setting, we have a naturally magnetic "Magnetite Fin" on our property that serves to ground and relax your nervous system and overall feelings of well being can occur just by being at the OM Ranch! There is also a 7 circuit Labyrinth on our property which is created with the magnetite for all to "Walk in Peace" and receive blessings from Nature and the 4 Directions. You will be served a Yogic diet as part of your training time at the OM, which will be lovingly prepared and created to keep you healthy and alert to better serve your experience and transformation.

If you are coming from out of state or traveling to attend - a special overnight rate has been provided by the Crystal Inn for overnight stay. This is not included in your course fees. There is also a AAA campground in Cedar City. Please let Melanie know your traveling concerns, she will work with you to arrange the best possible scenario for your budget and comfort.

You will receive printed material as part of this course. You will be taught: Anatomy - both Yogic and Medical, Philosophy of Hatha Yoga, Yoga Postures and how to safely and thoroughly teach and convey the benefits and Methodology of the Postures, Yogic Breathing techniques, Mantra - the Yoga of Sound, Yogic Diet, Meditation and More!

We are fortunate to have guest teachers during the course that are all certified and registered Teachers with the intention to be introduced to other "styles" of Yoga and Meditation.

Enrollment is limited to provide a quality "Teacher to Student" experience.

Your teacher is Melanie Paulk Abderrahman - ERYT. Melanie has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and been a teacher for 10. She brings a relaxed, professional and fun energy and teaching style to her classes. She has certifications in: Discovery Yoga - a Kripalu Affiliate, 500 hour YA certifcation through "All about Yoga" in Las Vegas, Certification in Kundalini Level 1 as well as Kundalini Prenatal Certification. She is the owner and Director of Sage Hills Yoga with 2 locations - one in Cedar City and the other in St. George, Utah. She also has created the Sage Hills Retreat Center at the OM Ranch primarily for Teacher's Training.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: All fees are fully refundable with the exception of %15 handling fee AND $200 non-refundable registration fee. If sudden or unforseen events should occur creating the student to miss part of the course, a credit will be issued and Melanie will coordinate a time to re-enter the course for the certification requirements.
